At first I fell for the photo of the guy because my mind wanted to see him all warm and cozy safe in a helicopter
I feel dumb that I forgot boarEd was a master troll.
Yet, dont feel the need to call him out because he will drop the f bomb and have a tantrum. Why waste time?

I obviously fell for the shite to. So what? Who gives a frick. At the end of the day he WAS safe and sound in a helicopter. It's not like a posted an AI photo showing him safe and sound when in actuality he was bleeding out in the desert.

Our special forces and just armed forces in general are amazing. I'm happy to see they all got out safely.
So I know Iran is using propaganda saying they're getting new air defenses systems. While I think that's obvious propaganda this still should bring into light if China/Russia are trying to backdoor slip arms in for them to test them against US weaponry. If this is the case, anything Chinese/Russian in the region should be targeted if they suspect this to protect our troops.

It’s the ultimate flex, brosef.
We flew 2 C130s onto a rapidly constructed landing strip - only to blow them up so we could save 1 airman.

Several helicopters is what I read, although I don't know what type.
I also saw a tweet saying each C-130 carried 100 soldiers. Seems like it would take a lot of helicopters to get that many people out. That number seems way too high to me.
Hopefully someone else can add clarity.

Word on the street is they used a Casa (now Airbus)C-295W twin turboprop(Spanish built) which is a tactical transport but much smaller than a Hercules which would explain why they could not take the little birds with them because they just won't fit. I don't even think it has an official US designation because it's operated by some secret squirrel unit.
