Would it be a good idea for Trumps legal team to "appeal" all of his EO's immediately with favorable judges to get a ruling on the legality to get ahead of the liberals that had their left wing judges in the bullpen?

The very existence of LawFare indicates a failed state and authoritarian takeover.

I don't think I have seen a single lawyer who went full TDS Retard in 2017 admit they have been wrong about anything despite being wrong about nearly everything.

Who’s talking to you, Spectrum?

I was referring to your buddy Decatur. Try to keep up. It’s not ALWAYS all about YOU.

They have to be impeached, or voted out - this is why fixing our elections is imperative. It will take a decade, or more, but with secure elections these judges will lose their seats and eventually things will swing around.

Why don't you just crown Trump as King and ruler?

It doesn't though. Plenty of TROs were issue against Biden during his term, by forum-shopped judges. They just weren't amplified on here and the media you consume b/c it's not targeted to show the total picture, and is targeted to elicit the (incorrect) response above.

The process simply rinses and repeats.

That's because the system is designed that way. That's why we have multiple levels of oversight.

Can some things be tightened? Sure, but that will require a statutory change to the civil procedure overall (not a partisan effort towards "one side").

Again, perfect example of why these malleable terms used as memes for NPC distribution are dangerous, and why I feel it's important to respond to them.

Only when there is no oversight over this being done ex-parte. Then it would be comparable to an authoritarian regime.

My overarching point has been proven twice today.

I'm very glad I spent so much time the past few years laying the groundwork.

POTUS should have no involvement with sitting Judges. However, there should be some process where the Senate Judiciary can call some Judges back in the explain their decisions when the judges action lack merit or has clear evidence of judicial mismanagement. Maybe an oversight court overseen through appointment by each of the SCOTUS Judges for referral for impeachment??

Look below.

That is the libertarian SFP.

Government ordering government to destroy data.

SFP: “Fine to do that, as long as there is oversight of the data destruction.”

Waiting for the “that isn’t what I said” post.

Straw man

That is literally not what I said

Why devolve yourself to intellectual dishonesty like that?

Oversight of the ruling, Scruffy, not the data destruction. Oversight that will almost assuredly stay and reverse this decision.

In an authoritarian regime, that oversight won't exist.

You can't jail judges because you don't like their rulings, even if you don't believe there is legal justification for the rulings. For all of the bluster from Democrats about threats to Democracy, that would be a legitimate case if Trump started doing it.

My guess is Trump expected every bit of this pushback and will let it play out within the legal system. He has been in office less than a month. We don't have to get everything through in the first couple of weeks.

No that's still dramatic. They're just in the process of dehumanizing their outgroup, but they're not advocating for authoritarianism, directly at least. It's clear that people giving them these NPC talking points seem to want to get that power

He has absolutely zero issue with lawfare against Trump. Then pretends to have morals when a leftist could be targeted.

That's a dangerous path to start down. Now, impeachments, I'm all for.
