How serious of a crime is stealing an election?

The consequences of who is president for at least 4 years can be catastrophic. At minimum Biden already cost 13 young Marines their lives.
Stealing this line from the left, but stealing a federal election "is literally worse than 9/11 or Pearl Harbor". That may sound extreme or hyperbolic but when you think about the consequences, I think it really is.

It’s up there with the worst attack to ever befall this nation. Not in loss of life but in damages to our security. It was in effect an overthrow of the rightful government. In a sane world those that orchestrated this would be put to death
