Clinton also said she would “never” echo the “lock her up” chant about President Donald Trump because she believes “in the rule of law.”

If she's talking about the congress, I'd have to agree. They always cave to the Dems. Trump has shown just how spineless most congressional Republicans are.
I wish Hillary would have made it out to the campaign trail this year; it would be good for a couple of points Trumps way.
