Nasdaq listing, acetylene pipeline contract, purchase agreements with customers.
Of the ones you list above I believe raw material supply contracts are the most likely to drop soon, acetylene and oxygen.
It won't move the stock price needle much because they are "worker bee" type positions, but I'd like to see them begin to fill the open positions listed on their career page. That tells me the ramp up is real and 2026 could hockey stick at some point.
It's still also unclear to me what they intend to do with the flammable waste gas that is a by-product of their process? As they get to 1000 tons/year of production, that's not a minor inconvenience and needs a home or needs to be captured and burned. What are they doing with small amounts generated it in the Kansas labs during this R&D phase?

Do we anticipate the same negative movement tomorrow or will we come back up?
The most likely move is a creep up. Offerings almost always cause negative action as you saw yesterday, but the positive is it bounced back a settled.
We are all sitting around and waiting for the next company move, which will likely happen very soon. If you want in you better hurry, the credibility in the product and the company is gaining ground.

Couldn't help myself either. I got some at $3.77, boat needs some new electronics, so these went in a brokerage account.

You will get that chance in a little over an hour, decide your share amount now.

Bouncing off that $4.50 wall again, but it's beautiful to see it there.

So is anyone buying more?
I'm tapped out and holding every single share I've had since early fall.
Now looks like the morning FOMO is over and the shorts and profit takers have been pounced.

I’ve been thinking of selling some VGT today and buy some hg
Do it... EPA approval likely pushes it close or just beyond $5 , especially if approval hits end of this week.

I bought in late summer/early fall, tried to get cute and sold all my shares during a run up, I was out of powder and wanted more shares. It nearly costs me, but I was able to get back in and added about 0.5% more shares. I got lucky.
I won't make that mistake again.
I don't blame anyone who wants to take profits and run, in the end this is all about making money, I just hope there are considerably more out there trying to get in than there are that are trying to exit. Supply and demand rules.

So the current chambers produce 10 metric tons. Is that per year?
In an interview with the CEO it was confirmed that their current units can produce 10 tons/yr, but COULD stretch it to 15 tons/yr if running around the clock. The 10 tons/yr was not based on 24 hour operation.
They are also designing 25 ton/yr units, but at this point I'm not sure they have even made it to testing phase with the larger units.
Keep in mind the chambers are relatively small and I read somewhere 100 of them can fit in a decent size warehouse.
100 X 10 = 1,000
1,000 X $350,000/ton = $350,000,000 in annual revenue
Pretty significant revenue for a start-up

I have a feeling that this one will test our patience before it's all over.
Never count your money until the dealin's done...
I think we've all been riding this out to see if HGRAF is a legit company. If they get EPA financing, open a new headquarters building, and build a production facility, then they are a legit company.
The next question is, "where are the customers?". That's where it will get dicy, IMO. The institutional investors will get in there and start fricking with the price, just like they did with NBIS. They will drive the price down and try to drive you out. I hope all that fluctuation is between $20 and $40, not $1 and $5, though, while we're waiting for the next breakout customer..
If we want this to play out this year, we're going to have to hope the market rewards potential, because HGRAF is not going to be able to make enough graphene in 2026 to have a multi-billion dollar revenue stream. They may not have enough capacity in 2027 to do that.
If HGRAF gets a contract in the next year with a couple of big players, then the price is going to comfortably be in double digits and our profits will be somewhat secure and we can wait for it to play out.
If the big guys, like the DoW and Tesla don't sign up right away, the doubts will set in, and we'll be wondering if we did the right thing. Especially as the big institutional buyers start playing their short games and shite...

On 2-4 he was told that the EPA approval would be 2-3 weeks. That is Feb. 18th to 24th. The latest communication has moved the goalposts, yet again, to "by the end of the month.
I actually don't agree, no goal posts have been moved by anyone, certainly not anyone in the HG camp.
2-4-26 plus 21 days = 2-25-26, that's only 3 days before the end of February. If we are 2 weeks into March and no announcement, THEN my jimmies will be rustled.

I agree, and it's worse on holiday weekends. I blame it on the growth of "E-Trade" and "Robin hood" investor types looking for weekend spending money.
