If that her view about infectious disease or how cell biology works, we might just have dodged a bullet with her not going to keep pursuing to become a medical doctor…
The attempt to mix biology and an allegory of it intertwined into personal and psychological views may sell from a inflamed writing standpoint, but it won’t gain you any support from those that would have either dealt with your appeal or those outside of the bubble she lives in.

Honestly, this pisses me off.
I worked so damn hard in high school.
I had a perfect ACT, valedictorian out of a class of 400 people, really good extracurriculars including one 'national' level award and regional awards, and I ran a a student investment fund with $100,000 in assets in high school. I'd even interned at a hedgefund in high school.
I was rejected from Harvard. God, I wish I could have taken her place. Going to Harvard sets you up for life - I have friends who have $300,000 a year private equity jobs straight out of Harvard. That's something you can't do anywhere else.
