How is she going to do that? That money is owed to private companies in many cases. She can't simply forgive the debt, or is she only going to forgive the gov't owned debt

With all the handouts that she's vowing, if it was actually doable, would throw us in to a depression that would make the Great Depression look like a hiccup. The US Dollar would have no value.

This is a payoff for the big medical companies (hospitals, insurance etc). FedGov would just ask them how much is owed, and they'd get a check, then consumers have to hope their accounts are credited accordingly. Super easy. It would create no incentive to lower medical costs - just put the consumer into debt and the gov will step in and pay it off. Eventually the system breaks and people cry out "do something" and feds take over medicine and then we all get the jab at the point of a gun.
