The betting odds will shift as the polls shift.
Trump is in good shape. He is currently behind Harris in the RCP by only 0.4.
At this time in 2016 he was behind Hillary by 8.8 points.
At this time in 2020 he was behind Biden by 7.4 points.
Right now I would bet a lot of dark money is flowing into the betting markets on behalf of Harris to manipulate an outcome. Generally, Republicans are not this manipulative. Republicans do not have control of the main stream news media, deep state agencies, foreign governments in cahoots with the State Department and CIA, etc.

This is what happens when you go full Lincoln Project. Donald Trump has done Adin Ross and Elon Musk interviews within a week of each other. He's reaching out to people who have no loyalty or ties whatsoever to the Republican Party. The man is the only Republican not named Bush to win a Presidential election in the last 40 years. He sure as hell has earned the benefit of the doubt. But keep thinking the Mitt Romney's and Paul Ryan's of the party will save you. And as Gumbo has pointed out, he's never been in as good of a position as he is right now from a polling standpoint.

Yep, nothing is going to change under Trump. His base is capped, he doesnt know how to grow it.
Evern if he wins he's not going to get cooperation due to his antagonism.
