Hamas does this every time. Sucker punch, retreat, set up their own "victims" to make Israel look like the Gorilla in the room. Frick Hamas, enough is enough, they were warned countless times. Play stupid games long enough you win stupid prizes. Level that shitehole and put up a parking lot.

This is why they captured hostages. To turn the optics and narrative against Isreal (appear reasonable).
Isreals problem- if they agree in any way, they have just rewarded Hamas for their slaughter of Israelis. It will happen again.

Could be, but likely not. They planned on doing this. As someone else posted above, it's why they took hostages in the first place. They use innocent civilians as shields...Hamas' headquarters used to be underground...underneath a civilian hospital. So that if you bombed it, you'd be bombing a civilian hospital.
It's what they do.

Yes. Agree to the deal. Stop the bombing. Get all the hostages. Make sure all have been released. Resume bombing. Kill everyone.
