Your last post was unclear because you didn’t use punctuation, used excessive points of ellipses, and had excessive use of unclear pronouns.

This morning, you're still far ahead of "please do the needful" and "revert to same" shite I got out of H1Bs.

Most of the "dotheads" (endearing term that I shall use again, thank you) that I interact with may have the certs....but not the intelligence. I imagine that most of their certs are fraudulent.

I get pissed at Bechtel, Worley and others that have adopted the outsourcing to India model. They do not realize that these Indians just churn the hours with revision after revision that accomplish nothing for the completion of the project.
These idiots have nothing on common with their USA colleagues who end up revising almost everything they do. They are retards.

Try finding an H1B that has industrial experience along with some semblance of nuance and creativity.

I don't need a human calculator, I need an engineer that understands the problem, reliability threats, and can develop a comprehensive solution that meets code.

Very difficult to find the ones that can get to this point. They tend to stand on but the software did thus or the code says this. Bridging the gap between real-life practical solution and paper calculation is usually a long process.

We have to keep the pressure up on the H1B visa issue. Made my way over to the reddit h1b LINK ( I know, spare me) and they are freaking out. many are self deporting

Keep up the pressure on everyone and it actually will and is making a difference.

Deport them all!!

This is great! I’m so happy for my white collar red blooded American brothers and sisters!

They are like Mexicans but with degrees.

As someone who works at a corporate HQ office I can tell you the vast majority of Indians that apply for any corporate role have fraudulent degrees listed, have a fraudulent educational background, and have a fraudulent work history. 9.5 times out of 10 its all a bunch of bullshite once a background check is run.

A huge problem is that once one gets into a position to hire in a company, they will only hire Indians. They stick together.

For the most part I am too. There will be a reckoning at some point. Unfettered invasion simply determines where that reckoning will be held.

I have been busy with dozens of other time-sensitive matters, but I wanted to comment on this.

Our federal (and most state) employment laws mandate a level playing field for American workers vis-à-vis foreigners — yet many American tech (and other) companies prefer to hire cheaper/exploitable foreign workers to do routine jobs Americans could do, and they do this by failing to post jobs on their normal hiring channels (PERM violations), letting foreign-born hiring managers pipeline cheap foreign labor from body-shop mills over American workers (H1-B abuses), lie about their eligibility for no-cap H1-B hiring, abuse other visa categories such as J-1 visas (we see you, universities!), abuse OPT hiring to get cheap, exploitable foreign labor, and sometimes — getting super arrogant, gaslight laid-off and sidelined Americans while doing any of the above.

These are not good business practices; they are not patriotic economic practices; and they are illegal labor practices. This administration will not allow American employers to discriminate against American workers. It is illegal, wrong, and bad for our economy. I am sure my colleagues at
@USEEOC and @USDOL agree. We are all on the case, and working together to level the playing field for US workers.

Thank you for your attention to this matter!

ou clearly aren’t working in tech right now. I’ve never seen as many offshore workers as I’ve seen in the last two years

It can’t be exaggerated. Everyone in corporate tech has a horror story and/or feels like a foreigner at their office. The entire culture has changed. Literally.
