This. I deleted FB day after the election and couldn't be happier. Everyone in the world I want to keep up with I interact with face-to-face at least a few times a year. I couldn’t care less what coworkers kids do on a daily basis nor do I feel my life is so fricking interesting that everyone in my sphere of influence needs a constant update.
