If you really want to marry the girl, you are best off keeping your mouth shut about your views on religion and politics with her family members especially the ones who hold passionate views on contentious issues that oppose yours. Posting political views on Facebook is pretty dumb anyways. Facebook's best use is to connect with old friends and look at pictures of ex girlfriends, not start feuds with future in-laws.

My wife’s family is an odd collection of churchy reactionary liberals and ANTIFA members with a couple of exceptions. Best advice I can give is to just go balls out and get it over with. Piss them off to the point you can get out of everything but weddings and funerals.
