re: Glenn Beck with the reminder that all new cars are being made without AM radio

No, it makes wishy-washy conservatives feel like this is causing people to turn liberal. "Sure they're cutting off little boys' wieners, but... I mean, at least they're not the ones who think that AM radios being removed from cars might have a hidden motive."
Grow a spine. You need one, and we need you.

So the side that insists men who tuck in their peckers and wear dresses are women should be taken seriously?

"How do we get stupid conservatives to go along with us?"
"Just give them any halfway-decent reason to go along with us. Most of them will be so scared of being criticized that they'll go along with us and even mock the ones who don't."

Thank you for proving my point. Your statement isn't the least bit ridiculous...

At what point was that ever said in any of my posts?
Being hyperbolic and having ridiculous over-reactions isn't exclusive to liberals.
I prefer conservative ideology, however we have people in here comparing cutting off genitals to AM radios not being included in some new vehicles.
I can disagree with crazy liberals while also disagreeing with over dramatic conservatives.

Call me back when you see any conservative threatening physical violence over the AM radio issue.

Would you even be able to figure out how to answer the phone?

Since I’m using my phone now to post this response, I think I can.

quote:They accuse us of being hyperbolic when they think that everyone older than them is stupid (despite inventing the cars, their radios, and the phones) and that it's no big deal to just go through a few more steps to navigate IHeart or the web browser while driving, instead of... you know... doing nothing because the radio comes on by itself, tuned to the station it was on when you parked it. And if you can't or don't want to do that, then you're just not as deserving of freedom as they are, and they don't need your vote, and if you make fun of their stupidity for being so anti-AM radio for no reason other than to be little bitches in an internet forum, then YOU'RE being hyperbolic.

All new cars don't come with a tape deck or an 8-track... what is your point? Also, my 2021 car has AM radio. The market and demand changes - that's capitalism, baby.
AM radio is the largest market for conservative news and opinion content with tens of millions of consumers……seems like a pretty big market.

The left are going all out against conservatives
Sorry to see that people can't recognize that all this is just another super small incremental move to attack the right and shift the world further to the left.
They keep turning up the heat on the frog in the pot, the all the stupid frogs here say well just jump through that hoop over there. Easy.

Bingo
"But it was a market decision!"
ETA: I'm not saying that I think this was all a big plot, but these decisions are made by people with biases, as all people have. Because there are biases, the calculation to also reduce listenership of conservative media was a factor. One could argue the bias could've also moved them away from removing the AM radio, and that would be a solid argument, but unlikely IMO based on the nature of DEI/ESG etc. corporate mentalities these day. The only other question would be, was it enough to move the needle to the other side, as in, if we eliminated the bias, would they still have removed AM radios? I don't think they would have. It's my opinion, and a reasonable one.

It’s weird how different people care about different things and at different levels? It’s almost like we are individuals. Strange huh?

It’s even weirder that corporations and leftist organizations are making these limp-wristed people the poster girls for their causes
