The DA is obviously following Marilyn Mosby's playbook in the Freddie Gray case...and just like that case, the officers will end up getting acquitted.

I don't see how they charge the cop that shot Brooks given the circumstances but there is no way in hell they have any basis for charging the other cop that was just chasing him. I hope every cop in that city walks out if they are charged. I am tired of this political horseshite.
