Let’s agree right now. Later this week we will both make reappearances in this thread. If the officers are not charged I will post that I was wrong. If they are charged you will post that you are wrong. Nothing else, no BS, no attempts at clarifying something.

Based on my understanding, he didn't say the officers will be charged this week but rather a decision on charges will be made this week. Not to say he won't ultimately decide to charge the officer(s) with murder, but I don't think he's made that decision yet.

Regardless, there is no legal presidence in which both officers, if any in this incident, can be charged with murder. Manslaughter would be a reach.
