I’m not sure Eric Daugherty has any clue on who will be pope and is simply trying to be misleading.

Those African Cardinals are some of the most based Believers on earth.

Have to assume many of them came from the Ethiopian Catholic or more orthodox tradition. They still use the unredacted Bible that includes the Apocraphae. They're essentially as close to pure Christianity as it gets in today's world, basing their sect on all the ancient councils and rules established in the first 500 yrs of Christianity.

That would be cool.

He could ask, "why R U ghey?" with that cool accent.

the age limit is to vote, he can still be voted Pope

Correct, my point is that had Francis held on for another three months, Sarah would’ve been effectively aged out (no way does the College of Cardinals not vote one of their voting members into the seat)

That has already happened to a certain degree, but the other Orthodox patriarchates will never fully let Rome "unite" with them as long as Papal primacy and filioque are a thing.

I'm not a Catholic but I would love to see them elect a theological conservative like this guy

Except he isn't the front runner. I think he had the 6th best chance on betting markets.

Cardinal Sarah completely understands the West. His book "The Day is Now Far Spent" is a must read. He seriously comes across like a prophet diagnosing our problems. When Pope Francis speaks of the West, it is obvious he is out of touch. Meanwhile with Cardinal Sarah:

quote:

Europeans ought to be proud of their morals and customs that are inspired by the Gospel. The most precious gift that Europe could give to the immigrants living on its soil is not primarily financial aid, much less an individualist, secularized way of life, but rather a share in its Christian roots. The essential condition for welcoming the other person is: coming to terms with what one is. Given the danger of radical Islamism, Europe ought to be able to articulate firmly on what conditions one can share its life and its civilization. But it doubts itself and is ashamed of its Christian identity. So it ends up reaping contempt.

It will be Pietro Parolin. Highest ranking person in the Vatican currently since the Pope is dead.

… and would be the fulfillment of literally Peter the Roman.

The MSB is up in arms about the Pope Portal. Personally, I think the new one will be a transfer from UCLA.

Hope he brings the West Coast offense with him to the Vatican, otherwise, no bowl game to be had.

Are any of the gambling outfits running a book on the new Pope? Anyone setting odds? We live in a country with people that will gamble on damn near anything. Seems like there could be good money to be made.

The Globalist elites who have the most influence on world matters including the election of the Pope, favor "immigration" at a heavy cost to world peace and harmony and would not favor a Pope who is anti-immigration.

Cardinal Sarah would be a great pope but he has zero chance of being one.

The majority of the Cardinals voting were appointed by Pope Francis. There is no way they pick Sarah. He is way too conservative for them. We will get a more liberal Francis clone.
