On Fox & Friends First this morning.
White House sources tell Fox News that Biden will enact gun control by EO if Congress fails to pass gun control legislation. Specifically, banning ARs and high capacity guns and magazines.
Played statement from Psaki saying that Biden will work to enact solid gun control laws through a number of ways, including legislation and executive order.

I think this type of thing may be the main way he will try to enact gun control by executive order. Enact restrictions on certain gun items like ammo, magazines, etc.
