Can't be done by executive order without getting blocked by at least one federal judge somewhere, but there goes another 12 months of no ammunition or guns in stock. On the upside, no time like now to liquidate any firearms or accessories you no longer want. I made a good bit dumping trash Tapco mags when Obama started popping off about gun control.

Biden claimed his ban on Assault Weapons had a positive impact. No it didn't, there no decline in gun deaths during the time the ban was in affect. It reached the sunshine law stage and died on the vine ....because there was not proof of positive influence.
What should be considered first is finding out why the FBI screwed up when they approved the gun sale to this mental midget. For months the FBI has been failing the public in not keeping pace with the influx of background checks. Seems it reached a stage where FBI clerks were just rubber stamping approvals.
Of course we are talking about people who don't find it strange that students were learning how to fly without learning how to land or take off.

If Biden goes the EO route then SCOTUS takes it up there is no way of knowing which way this will go. We can no longer bank on SCOTUS.

That's fine. It will be immediately challenged by about 40 attorneys generals and fast tracked to the supreme court and end it. An immediate stay will be granted while this all goes down.
