Anything he does, will get shot down in the courts.
I have not faith in any court anywhere in this country.
It would be the equivalent if Trump had banned abortions by EO.
Abortion rights the same as bearing arms? The first is coattailed on an amendment for other purposes for rights of individuals as I understand it. The later is a Right. And no way would the left stand up with the right side to stop an EO they want to be in place. Reproductive Rights compared to the Right to Bear Arms. Hmph

Exactly. Even the textualist judges are pussies now. Unless the media gives them the signal that a case is acceptable to take, they will do absolutely nothing.

Not if his slimy legal team is any good.
It's pretty easy to pass the smell test of a weak SC with something like restricting box magazine sizes and restricting or banning a particular caliber ammunition. They could also force some onerous restrictions and regulations on ammunition manufacturers. Taxes would require congress, but they might try something similar in the future like they did with Tabaco.

He can enact all EO he wants, it won’t make difference. All you’re doing is making law abiding, tax paying citizens criminals with the stroke of a pen. Who fricking cares? Like drugs, guns aren’t going anywhere. But keep appealing to the 5 people crying on Twitter, social media, millions of bots, the MSM & academia. That’s not the real world, that’s a bubble, their safe space.
