This whole case is just for show, the charges are near impossible to prove, and Trumps involvement makes it even harder. He would walk no matter who the Judge is.

This involves leaks that were made by or authorized by Comey. Mcabe was brought before Congress and was accused of leaking. He was also asked if Comey authorized those leaks. A special prosecuter could not prove that McCabe or Comey leaked, and at the time, said that Comey did not authorize the leaking. Later, when pressed again, he said that Comey did authorize the leaking, but the special prosecuter did not charge Comey because he found McCabe unbeleivable.

They sought to indict McCabe and he was no-billed. It’s still not clear to me that this involves McCabe. It’s possible but it’s not clear from the language of the indictment.
