Obviously, this is a big deal, but I've heard nobody tell us how much money has been collected using the fake and fraudulent SS #'s.
Has anyone seen these numbers?

That is a good question. When Social Security numbers were first issued they usually had identifiers to give a reasonable idea of where that number was going to be issued.
Then they started reusing numbers of the dead. If memory serves me President Obama was issued a social security number of a guy from Connecticut who died in Hawaii instead of a number from Hawaii.
With the US nearing 400 million people and having business and immigrants with work visas using the same 9 digits, it might be time to expand the number to 12 or 14 and make the last digit a check digit so that someone cannot just randomly pick a set of numbers for a social security number.

Does this mean they have eliminated all the frauds and now there is enough money left in the SS account to assure I will continue to draw my damn well deserved SS payments?

over 600 million in SBA loans, and 1.2 million illegals on medicaid. Lots of other fraud.
Once you get a social security number you can register for all sorts of federal benefits.
A huge red flag were forms at the border that would then allow you to file for a number. The reason, they need it to work.
NO THEY DONT, the reason ITIN numbers were invented were for non citizens to work..........so ask yourself, why give illegals a SS#, I wonder why?????????
