Nowhere in the story did it mention if any of the prostitutes were underage. Pedo has nothing to do with this story. Grooming has nothing to do with this story. This is just good old fashioned prostitution. And the disney employees, I think there were a total of 3 disney employees caught up in the prostitution sting- as customers.
