That may have been what you meant but that “literally” is not what you said. Again, you said this:

In that sentence, two clauses are connected by a conjunction. Yet each clause has it’s own distinct and unique quantifying adverb, “primarily” in the first clause and “nowhere” in the second.
I can explain it to you but I can’t make you understand it. You seem genuinely flummoxed about this matter yet since you are the board’s smartest lawyer, keep working at it — you might eventually figure it out!
