Only thing the actual report says, is they found 1. Doesn't guarantee that's the only one, just like it doesn't mean there are more.

That wording makes it sound like suicide. But I guess he could have ran off like a wounded deer and they tracked him. Guess we will know at the PC.

Yeah, high powered sniper rifles haven't been the weapon of choice for a group that usually prefers Molotov cocktails. Whoever did this may have nothing at all against firefighters; they knew that pretty quickly they would be engaged with FBI/ATF.
If this was an arson fire in Seattle or Portland, yeah, I would say antifa. But it isn't.
