This is a given and the bad guy probably knows it too. The only question is will more good people lose their lives making it happen? This nut could have IEDs, or a Barrett .50cal to punch through body armor etc.
HRT or whoever is sent up the mountain won't take it lightly. We've lost lots of good highly trained people to goat herders with rusty AK-47s.
