I went to a HS that had a girls team that won state like five years in a row. They didn't just win, they would dominate. Average margin of victory was 40-50 points. When they got to the playoffs/state, margin of victory was usually 20. I believe only once or twice they actually trailed in a game after the first quarter.
One week their coach asked the JV boys team to practice against them to prep them for a team full of, well, you know.
Anyway, I was on the JV team. We beat them in the scrimmage the same way they beat other girls teams. Final score was 70-40 (ish)
Yes, they ended up winning the game we prepped them for by 25.
