Anything Trump does or any people Trump would send in would have to behave absolutely perfectly while being absolutely harassed and threatened on the other side.

Ultimately what is more important than whether or not the lefties get away with their harassments is who wins the next election. Maybe - this is just a thought - Trump is using the lefties’ agitation to swing voter sympathy his way. Maybe he wants to see more egregious left wing activism.

Its now 48 hours after the hate crimes against Christians and do we have a single arrest? Several of the perpetrators are publicly known. One had been arrested in DC less than a week earlier.

I understand that arresting Don Lemon would cause phony mass hysteria and 2 months of performative outrage (as hes a "journalist") and would not be worth it, but you can arrest the bearded a-hole who was screaming expletives at children in their church

If shite hits the fan, the media is going to jump on it, Dem politicians are going to jump on it and they will do nothing but pound into mainstream media consumers heads every few seconds daily that "Trump is an authoritarian dictator, willing to commit violence and imprison his dissenters, in order to implement Nazi, fascist, white supremacist intimidation, harrassment, and kidnapping/"disappearing" of sweet, innocent little hard working brown people, like 4Chubbs' housekeeper, including American citizens.
They're already alleging those things and it's a part of the rhetoric that is firing up all these anti-ICE agitators in Minneapolis and around the country. That will create massive protests, and will energize the DNC base and perhaps sway way more people than we'd like to admit in the middle, swing voters, to vote Democrat. The DNC has been licking their chops, anxiously waiting for a heavy handed response from the Trump administration on this. It's why the protestors and agitators are pushing the envelope so hard. They want that type of response, ultimately. They believe the optics will help them and help the DNC in mid-terms.
