Only in the Black criminal areas; White people don't blame Cops for the deaths of White criminals who fight back against arrest. That is a pertinent fact.
I would tell my own Son that if he had committed the crime and fought the Cops, he should accept the beatdown - and maybe death - that comes with it.

I think this will open up a whole new set of procedures for LEO’s. More actions to avoid conflict all together. I’m thinking a glass bubble that they can drop over suspects. Then, roll the bubble onto the back of a truck. No cop, suspect interaction.

I'd be fine with cops just doing a "sit-in" at the station for, say, a week. It's time to remind the general public why we need the police.
