Or they could just go to one of the 25 or so states that will still allow abortion.

How would this really play out? A state declares abortions illegal within it's borders, if performed on 'federal lands' within that state could they not hem up the offenders? A new battle for the courts to decide?

With the exceptions of Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho, many and/or some of the largest national parks are located within pro-abortion states.
Not sure how Arizona is going to shake out.
The 10 states with the most federal land:
Nevada (84.94%)
Utah (64.90%)
Idaho (61.63%)
Alaska (61.24%)
Oregon (52.95%)
Wyoming (48.14%)
California (45.77%)
Arizona (38.61%)
Colorado (35.90%)
New Mexico (34.70%)
