How in the world does a preschool kid suspended? That’s just neglectful parenting if they’re already out of control by then.

Have they done 'equalizing' in academic tracking these days? I remember when de-seg first happened the HS's had 100% whites and Asians in GT, a mix of races in General, and 90% blacks in Basic (illiterate).

Have to get blacks out of administration roles for this to happen. If there is a black principal, vice principal, dean of students, etc..., then black students are never punished for anything. It is the single biggest problem in public schools right now.

Guess which segment of society commits the most homicides, both as a total number and even more as a per capita? Blacks.
Refine that a little and you find it's black males.
Refine that a little more and you find it's black males 34 and younger.
It's basic common sense that a demographic with that sort of established, disparate impact on violent crime is going to start with disruptive behavior as grade-school-aged children and it all comes from witnessing what adults in their community are doing at home and in public and then attempting to emulate that.

It's not just not disciplining them. In some cases it is rewarding them for doing what a normal student is expected to do. There are a lot of schools that use a system called Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) where students get points for doing what they are expected to do. Once they get enough points they can exchange them for rewards like a homework pass, getting to wear sunglasses or a hat for the day, etc.
