Susan Rice . . . yes, i have to admit that she would be an attractive candidate.
HOWEVER, Tammy Duckworth is a disabled combat vet and her in the race would allow her to hammer Trump as "Bonespurs" guy. That's something that Susan Rice can't do.
BUT, when you consider that Biden's VP will probably take over as POTUS, that complicates things a bit. Tammy's "Bonespurs" attacks would be valuable, however, and the goal is to get the win for Biden.

He can't win if blacks stay home and don't vote for him which will happen if he chooses a non-black VP.

Are you dumb or blind, Rice did nothing good of value and is fugly. She was just used to put out Clinton's talking points on Benghazi. I doubt Biden wants to bring that up.
