I don't know either.

But a steel structural building does not free fall collapse from fire. If it collapses at all, it collapses incrementally a little over time.

According to google the tannates of Building 7 at the time were:

Salomon Smith Barney: Leased floors 15–17
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission: A tenant of 7 WTC
Standard Chartered Bank: A tenant of 7 WTC
U.S. Secret Service: Occupied floors 9 and 10
CIA: Had offices on the 25th floor

I've always wondered how hundreds (minimum) of people could be involved in the planning and execution of an attack that size and nobody has ever broken that silence... doesn't seem possible.

Months ago I watched the below video which conclusively determines the WTC 7 collapse had nothing to do with the other two WTC's collapsing. Below is link to the article and the video.

Feng Xiao, now an associate professor at Nanjing University of Science and Technology, and Zhili Quan, now a bridge engineer for the South Carolina Department of Transportation, were research assistants and co-authors.

"Our study found that the fires in WTC 7 could not have caused the collapse recorded on video," said Professor Hulsey. "We simulated every plausible scenario, and we found that the series of failures that NIST claimed triggered a progressive collapse of the entire structure could not have occurred. The only thing that could have brought this structure down in the manner observed on 9/11 is the near-simultaneous failure of every column in the building below Floor 17."

There were explosions just prior to the collapse in the video I posted in the OP and fire fighters heard saying "leave, it's about to blow".
