How is blocking someone interfering with their free speech. They can say what they want to people but the people don't have to listen.

They did it multiple times on behalf of and acting as a political party. Picture your local tv station running 99% advertising for democrats and 1%republican

A political party is not the US Government.

Think of it as a civil rights case.

The point was it was the DNC, a private group, requesting posts be taken down.

you really cannot be this simple minded. Based on your opinion, a donation to a politician’s PAC before you get a multimillion dollar contract is just a transaction between two “private” entities.

Remember now, he's a "lawyer" that is regularly up and posting at 3am.

He only takes on cases so long as he doesn't have to get out of bed until 1pm.

The dems can't hide behind disinformation if Woods sues them.

Elon addressed this. A private company doing it on its own is one thing. But doing it at the behest of government, or a political group favoring one side, which is effectively what happened here, is a suppression of free speech.

True Believer is my favorite Woods film. Ironically, he plays a left-wing hippie lawyer in that one.

If the government merely acquiesces in the performance of an act by a private individual or organization it is not state action, but if the government coerces, influences, or encourages the performance of the act, it is state action (Rendell-Baker v. Kohn, 457 U.S. 830 (1982));

If the government merely enters into a contract with an individual or organization for the goods or services, the actions of the private party are not state action, but if the government and the private party enter into a "joint enterprise" or a "symbiotic relationship" with each other it is state action (Burton v. Wilmington Parking Authority, 365 U.S. 715 (1961));

A political party is not the US Government.

It sure can be when that party is in power, and the DNC is running interference.

For once try to think outside your tiny box.
