Putin is very savvy and this is correct however he wasn’t lying.

What are libs supposed to think of it? It seems magas have quite a bit of respect for Putin and believe he's an honest straightforward guy. I guess my main thought is that Putin is doing what he always does which is massage Trump's ego in front of the media.
