Isn't the power to run elections granted in the constitution?

Please point to a single instance over the last five years that Democrats regard the Constitution as anything more than a worthless piece of paper.

Dick Morris is generally wrong on every one of his predictions, so let's hope his streak continues.

You have to show ID to buy alcohol

You have to show ID at a doctors office

You have to show ID at the bank at times

You have to show ID to pick up an order at Walmart.

WHY IN THE HELL WOULD WE NOT SHOW ID TO VOTE?

So the Dems can cheat. It’s the only answer.

I predict that if it passes it will go straight to the Supreme Court who will place an injunction to stop it from being allowed for 2022 mid terms.

Here is the funny kicker though, the carve out for the filibuster will stand and when the Republicans take back control of congress they can pass their own set of voting rights. This is much the same as Harry Reid nuclear option that came back to haunt Democrats.

Ironically, they want you to get stabbed 4 or 5 times. No ID to vote so you can vote 4 or 5 times.

Morris could be right, but since when has he been relevant? The guy is an old dinosaur.

The next time he's right, will be the first time in a long, long time.

None of those should be voting and both can get state ID.

Why don’t the republicans purposely print votes and get caught, so the dems can scream for reform and pass voting laws to prevent republicans from printing votes.

We both know that .0001% isn’t swaying elections. At least be honest about why you want this.

And I really don’t gaf if the homeless vote; I’d rather they didn’t. I don’t want lazy people voting either.

Well democrats buy them a pack of cigarettes and say vote Biden. The homeless do and continue to do drugs and be homeless.

Tell us how they have difficulty? Have you ever worked services for the poor? I have. They are all about their ID.

Many people have trouble getting a photo id.

And there are other issues too.

Which people are these and what issues do they have?

Do they not have bank accounts, prescription medication, utility accounts, vehicles, social security or medicaid/medicare, insurance of any kind, library cards, SNAP, WIC, etc.?

In reality, there is a very small section of the population that has an issue getting and maintaining an ID, mainly the elderly, handicapped, and the immobile. I'd be for providing taxpayer funded ID cards to those folks.

Your argument is not reasonable.

It would take veto proof majorities to accomplish that.
