Supreme Court will not do jack shite. And if they do, the Dems will pack the court with 9 more radical communists progressive judges that hate America and the white man.
When are people going to realize that this country is 100% done?
I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s done. I think if the American Marxists use the federal government (which they control in every aspect) to rig federal elections in perpetuity it will force America First patriots to shite or get off the shitter…..as the Doobie Brothers sang,
“Takin it to the streets.”

Doubtful even if it did pass.

It is specifically stated in the constitution. If it passed it would go straight to the Supreme Court and should be a 9-0 decision. If you want to make those changes, FIRST you have to vote in congress to take control from your state, and it takes 2/3 of house and senate to amend the Constitution to do so.
Much ado about grandstanding. Wouldnt be surprised if they used it to call the supreme court raaacccisst and then tried to pack the court.
ETA If Alito had not been ordered to bow out of PA's vile mistakes breaking all rules to change election laws... I think your basic concept of the laws of our land would stick. But ...

I found Dick's video but it stopped to go give your e-mail address to watch it further. So I am not sure how he said they will pull this off?

Truth isn't slander.
I dislike pussies like you who hide behind a keyboard and defend Democrats & worthless establishment Republicans.
You worthless D.C. types are about to be put out to pasture.

Ask your wife if she thinks I am bisexual.
She said she forgot what it was like to be with a real man.

He said Manchin and Sinema will vote to allow a carve out of the filibuster for voting rights bills. This similar to Reid’s change regarding judicial appointments. Manchin supports voting reforms as does Sinema. The filibuster would be left for other bills.

I thought we passed the Constitution many many many years ago why do we need some other provision or law
Posted on 1/4/22 at 7:07 pm to ApexTiger
Are you familiar with the Voting Rights Act of 1965. It was passed and targeted the South because of voting suppression. It was not a constitutional amendment. I’m not sure if it was challenged in court, but if it was it was upheld. I think there were extensions of it through the years.

Looks like Republicans will have to actually work on their message.

It would be impressive if Democrats can swing their big dicks around and get that done.
States like Florida and Texas won't be as skewed towards Republicans, at least as far as the US House goes. I'm guessing it won't impact state legislatures.

Many people have trouble getting a photo id.
And there are other issues too.

Oh? Well that’s okay. We can just redirect all the volunteer labor and millions of dollars in funding that’s currently fueling all manner of ballot harvesting operations into a far more beneficial and ethically defensible service …like transporting the handful of people who apparently never see a doctor, drive a car, buy alcohol or cigarettes, etc. to the appropriate government offices to acquire a free or low-cost ID card. Problem solved, and everybody’s better off in the long run.

Fixed it for you. One thing we certainly know from the history of the Court is they're loath to overturn enacted legislation passed by Congress, regardless of its merits.
