Texas NG members would be justified in disobeying Biden and saying his orders are unlawful. It would get ugly and contentious.

Wouldn’t he have to federalize the guard to take control? Thats been done when governors like Ross Barnett would not integrate but to federalize them to stop them from protecting US law?
