If you really want to virtue signal, destroy the vehicle, and make sure you get it on video so you can't make an insurance claim on it. If not, you really aren't doing anything. You already bought the vehicle you dope, now somebody else is going to buy it, and for cheaper. You're not taking a Tesla off of the road, either, because that person wasn't going to buy a new one.

Hopefully he will make another vid when he gets his new ride. I wanna see if he gets an EV from someone else, or goes back to gas.
I thought he came across as pretty neutral. He's at a point where he can easily part with the vehicle and the thought of being in an Elon car probably gives him an unpleasant feeling right now, especially if there's things he really didn't like about the car in the first place like he said.
