People have this outlook like 1 bad apple doesn’t spoil em all guess what IT DOES!! If you had 100 pilots but every month 3 of em crashed planes with people on it is it just few bad apples then?? Same scenario for boat captain. Police is biggest gang in America. Being a police officer is job you have to be the best at. Not half arse & you can’t I repeat CAN NOT HAVE RACISTS VIEW ON PERSON!! If black person, Hispanic, African, Asian works hard enough & does it by rules to get they family out of poverty to move to good neighborhoods just to have white people in that neighborhood not like them & Karen’s don’t like it because You worked ya arse off for what U have she just don’t want u there and police come and agree with her until they superiors get involved. That’s not OK.

Well, technically, if 3 pilots crashed planes with people in them, you likely have only 97 pilots left, 100% of which didn't crash planes.

I can’t ever figure out if these threads should be taken seriously. All caps title, rant that devolves into misspelled words and no punctuation, random capitalized words mid sentence.

That's still greater than the six sigma margin for error.
99.9999% success = .0001% failure
697,000 x .000001 < 1
The goal is fewer than 1 failure per million.

I think armed blacks have killed/shot more cops than cops have killed/shot blacks.
If Karen calls the cops - the problem is not with the cops - it’s with Karen. Cops should respond when they are called - that’s part of their job (that they have to be the best at - or however you tried to phrase it)

Hate to break it to you, but white people do not give one frick if minorities move into their neighborhoods as long as they are good people. If they have a neighbor who has the cops visit, have 15 cars in the driveway, etc there will be issues whether those people are black, white, or purple.

These are the thoughts that shut people down and cause chaos. Take a breath, have respectful conversations with your neighbors and those around you, there won’t be any problems. If you want love you have to give love. This includes cops.

You can be more selective with pilots, the country requires incredibly less, and they can be compensated higher bringing in higher quality candidates. Start paying cops 200k and I bet you it gets competitive and you start getting some talented candidates, but you can’t, and even if you could you want less funding not more.
Not to mention random runways don’t decide to be non compliant. You do realize there is a 0% chance Floyd has a knee on his neck if he’s compliant right, a 0% chance Wisconsin dude gets shot if compliant right? Literally 0, not likely 0.
