Put partisanship aside for a moment and engage the logical part of your brain. Assuming Iran wanted to stay in the “Iran Deal”, why on Earth would they make a threat of transparency AFTER the US has officially withdrawn?
If there’s no truth to it (EU/US officials would know) what does it accomplish? Not like you’re going to garner more public support by seeding the public’s minds that bribes were needed to get the deal done in the first place.

No wonder J Kerry has been meeting with the Iranians. He's trying to keep them calm and put their minds at ease, so they won't release their names, such as, Jhon Kerry, HRC, probably Nobama, etc.
