Back at ya Chrome. This thread has become my primary source / clearinghouse for analysis and discussion. Much appreciated.
I wish I could upvote this more than once. Chromedome is TD poster of the year and it’s not even up for debate.

Same here. I anxiously await the update every evening!
And my wife (no pics) always asks, “has ChromeDome updated the numbers yet?” She isn’t on TD at all - just hears me talking about it!

I copied it from the OT lounge. Works for me and I don't pay for the NY times.

You're welcome.

This is the link to the COVID-19 tracker that I have created and shared on Google Drive.
If you want to view the shared sheet, follow this link COVID-19 Tracker
If you want to download a copy of this sheet and manipulate it follow this link Downloadable COVID-19 Tracker
The source for the data is from https://covidtracking.com/data/
New Cases by State
New Deaths by State

Thanks for the kind words!
It looks like the decline in cases, deaths and positivity rate is starting to slow a bit. Too early to tell if a new bounce is starting.

Setting up for a big drop in deaths today

Will this thread reflect the new data by the CDC that indicates death from wuhan virus is @ 6% of what's been mistakenly reported?

This thread will reflect whatever numbers are published on COVID Tracking Projects website. If you want to start a tracker based on some other data set, I can give you a lot of tips.

Today Georgia had its lowest single day reported number of cases since June 22, with a sub 10% positivity to boot. Most obviously backdated. Good progress. Deaths have turned down here now as well on a date of death basis, finally.
Follow up to my post the other night, COVID Tracking is apparently now including preliminary but unconfirmed cases in their hospitalization counts, hence the huge Georgia spike the other day. Frustrating, and not sure what that accomplishes other than making it harder to follow trends.

Thank God this isn’t your governor. You’d be Louisiana or even worse.

Trust me, I thank my lucky stars every day this woman wasn't elected. I've told my wife (no pics) the same several times.

Doesn't look like the back to school spike is showing up in the data.
Also the Mexicans crossing the border in Texas and California to get treatment are bumping the numbers up.

Florida under 2,000 new cases today. First time in around 2 months.

Too bad we can't exclude those Texas Counties from the overall number, or at least note them, so these freaking mandates can go away for every.
