It's ESRI...Yes, CIA/DOD contract with them. So do many local municipalities, state departments of transportation, utilities providers, engineering firms, etc. My company has an ESRI contract and I had a personal account I have long since forgotten the login for. You too can have an ESRI account for $100/year if you like playing around with maps. LINK

This sounds to me like the kid was already troubled and was probably raised by a mother who desperately WANTED a trans kid to brag about or at least be part of the newest societal wave of liberal bullshite.

The "case" is that the trans stuff is largely irrelevant
The shooter's psychosis, the stuff that led him to do this terrible act, predated the trans stuff by some time, and the trans stuff appears to be a small side effect from the psychological malaise.
It's very likely he had fully rejected the trans stuff by the time of the shooting, making it's impact even more minimal.

All I know is that the mother isn't cooperating with police. There is also a record of police having to go the house of The Tranny twice for Mental Health problems, But the records are redacted for some reason.
