It's very likely he had fully rejected the trans stuff by the time of the shooting, making it's impact even more minimal.

There's been no reporting or evidence of this.
When he talks about his regrets on the trans issue, he makes no reference to hormones or permanent changes. In fact, the thing he says is the only sign of it was his hair, which he only didn't cut because it would possibly hurt his plan for the shooting.
Does this exclude any possibility of hormones? No.
Does this make hormones unlikely? Yes.

America has been having trouble with an out-of-control CIA ever since JFK fired Allan Dulles, and even before that. Of course, they extracted their revenge on Bobby's Uncle.

It's hard enough to breakdown a diagnosis based on the psychopaths own writings. Trying to extrapolate as to whether recent pathologies underlied his earlier odd/malignant behaviors, or alternately were separately developed expressions is not possible given our present information.
