It will go to various diplomats and their friends to live the high life. There is no real deliverable to be judged against.

That’ll help Covid and the American worker and economy.

750 million is is less than a half of a single percent of Bill Gates net worth.

Why doesn’t he just pay for that himself?

"And other emerging threats globally."

That's the important there. Undefined "threats" that don't yet exist. This is money funneling to shite like Bill Gates. Global genetic engineering ideas.

Seems reasonable that the US would want to spend some money on detecting emerging diseases.

When you see all this then you do your personal taxes and the IRS tells you that you owe them more money makes you not want to pay it.

You mean like Covid? You know, the pandemic that the WHO and CDC both dismissed until it was running rampant a Roth’s globe.

In short, VERY recent history does not support your altruistic ideal.

In fact, now without opposition to misinformation, who is to say that that money won’t be used for nefarious purposes.

You may trust the U.N., WHO, and CDC, I don’t. Based on their track record, they deserve MAJOR scrutiny going forward.

Biden's Coronavirus Relief Package Has Almost Nothing To Do With The Coronavirus

quote:
As the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget (CRFB) notes, half the spending in the coronavirus relief plan would go toward such poorly targeted measures. The plan also includes expansions to Obamacare subsidies and would hike the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour—in 2025. Ultimately, the hike would cost jobs rather than preserve them. But raising the federal minimum wage has been a Democratic policy priority for years, so it got stuffed into the relief bill grab bag.

How much of this alleged coronavirus relief plan is actually related to the coronavirus? According to CRFB, just 1 percent of the relief plan's spending would go toward vaccines, and just 5 percent would go toward pandemic-related public health needs. Meanwhile, 15 percent of the spending—about $300 billion—would be spent on long-standing policy priorities that are not directly related to the current crisis.

I imagine if this goes through one of the leaders of a corrupt African country that wears a army uniform with fake medals will be soon be ordering a new fleet of custom Rolls Royces. How can you NOT picture that.
