and not going to or watching games or businesses but seldom do a Damn thing about it. Too many talk big and then go give money to those they hate and are angry at. How many of you will not go to your favorite college's games this season.

Id gander that quite a few on this board will skip attending games this season. I will still watch big games on TV though

Most everyone here will be watching football and going to games. I have little doubt anything will happen.

Less than 10% of those that say they are done with college sports will actually stay true to their word. I’d venture to guess that most who actually do throw in the towel on their college team never actually went to college there.

Unless a person has a Neilson box, is what is watched tracked?

the vast majority of major college football fans never attended the schools they root for

if network TV had to rely on alumni their ratings would be microscopic

I am tuning out of sports this year and to be honest I hope they just go ahead and cancel all of them due to this threat of Covid they are now trying to use to scare people.

frick em!

Why are you laughing? I know that and didn’t say otherwise.

100% of "conservatives" on here will have an Apple or Google device through which they essentially manage their entire lives.

China virus has made it easier for people to move on from sports. Pro sports will take a major hit this Fall. Hell, maybe college too.

No idea but I think most every thing we do relative to internet and even cable TV can be tracked. Everybody snoops on us.

I doubt it. I skipped the boring games last season too.

I’d argue the exact opposite. Many fans are craving sports right now since we’ve had none.

I won’t ever boycott my university.

But I do all I can to avoid other businesses that support causes I don’t.

We gave up our Texans tickets after the Kap stuff a few seasons back; I haven’t watched an NFL game since (unless it’s on a TV at a restaurant or friend’s house).

I’ll never buy Nike again, and they make the best running shoes for my crazy high arches.

I stopped buying Yeti—one of my favorite products (it’s far better than RTIC).

I don’t shop at Dick’s, and they offer a much wider selection of boys’ tees and sports equipment than does Academy.

Haven’t stepped foot in Target (after being a loyal shopper for years) since the public restroom controversy.

Won’t buy from Nordstrom—another one of my favorites—since they targeted Ivanka Trump.

Sometimes it’s not possible to avoid a situation; but I try my best [not] to put my money where my mouth is.

Until my school does something I’m still all in. I’d like to think that at OM they understand that they can’t afford, literally, to piss off the fanbase. If the university does something stupid I will be upset but won’t hold the athletic department accountable. If the athletic department does something stupid then I’m done.

I canceled cable and netflix 2 years ago, haven't watched pro ball in a long time.

If LSU does the same I'll stop watching them as well. I have lots of hobbies to keep me entertained.

Well I have never eaten Ben and Jerry, nor Starbucks.

I haven’t spent a penny in Orleans Parish since the statues came down.

Will I boycott LSU?
Oh hell no! I’m going to boo like the referees just gave Bama a gift call!
That’s my school! F them!

I will quit watching NFL. Going to college games I will not give up. I have a problem with some NFL athletes not the ones in college...yet.
