I'm not Trump's biggest supporter, but I dread it

1) It'll probably put Democrats in office
2) It'll result in more bitter divisiveness that is pretty exhausting, to be honest

The Democratic Party doesn't have a message that reaches normal Americans.

They won't gain traction from this because of all the nut cases running the Party.

So am I to understand that the Russian collusion investigation ultimately may get Trump for paying women not to talk about having sex with him, but not for anything related to Russia?

Cohen and Manafort go to jail. CNN talks about the next constitutional crisis, campaign finance violations, for the next 72 hours. Mueller goes quiet for a while collecting checks and not investigating Russians.

Omarosa probably says some more stupid shite. Trump probably tweets some more stupid shite.

What people can't wrap their heads around is this stuff is neither unusual nor particularly interesting to the average American, but for Trump and TDS.

Cohen said he gave too much money to a campaign, The campaign then gave him that amount back

Trumps word as Presidentnof the free world against a disbarred lawyer who is cutting deals to reduce a sentence..and will say anything

He broke state, federal, privilege, etc etc...and his ticket to get less time is to say "Trump made me"

Hes a fricking lawyer. No one made him do shite. Even of someone requested he do something illegal it's his job to advise them it's not legal. Not all people know all legality issues..he does

Wasn't Obama campaign found guilty of this?

Simple errors in reporting. The FEC has already hit the Trump campaign with complaints about over 1000 such errors.

The difference is run of the mill errors in reporting that occur in every campaign vs Trump explicitly endorsing and overseeing illegal campaign contributions and the plan to knowingly hide those contributions. The former is barely news, which is why you were apparently unaware that the Trump campaign has already been dinged for thousands of such errors because the supposedly "anti-Trump" media has barely reported on them. The latter is a different beast entirely.

But hey, tell yourself it's the same if you need to.

You're forgetting that it's not just the nut cases who run the party. It's my kids college professors, it's the snow birds from Ohio who now live next door to me. It's the unending, 24/7 left leaning news cycle. It's the liberal press, it's now men and women who maintain seats of power in both our government and private industry.

Too bad it wasn't an actual violation of campaign finance laws.

Just because Cohen pleads to it doesn't make it so.
