Ive been saying it for a year that Biden isnt running. He will be pushed out. This has always been the plan. They knew when he got elected that he wont run again.
There was a story this week that Obama has met with top dems in his DC office. There is a reason Susan Rice resigned from Biden Admin as well.
An Obama approved candidate will be put in place.
I think it could be Mooch. She has no baggage whereas Gavin has a lot of policies that reasonable dem voters disagree with and his state is a terrible state.

Yes it's been painfully obvious that Newsome is prepping for being the candidate. Whether that's the definitive plan A or he's just the emergency backup in case something incapacitates Biden, the writing is on the wall.
