Voting wise he’s probably the most onboard with the MAGA platform of any senator right now.
There are others who are more socially conservative, but Vance has an 80 on his freedom score (higher than Ted Cruz) whereas Tim Scott had a 68.
Scott also has known deep ties to the GOPe wing whereas Vance has been about as loyal to Trump since 2020 as anyone in congress outside of Gaetz, MTG and Boebert.

If there ever was an election where the VP nominee is completely irrelevant electronically, this is it. There is not a single voter in America voting for or against Trump because of his VP pick.

The commercials and talking heads that will highlight all Vance has said.

Sounds like he was a whiny complainer. I don't get the comments at all. Especially if he wasn't running against him. I also don't get how anyone can say they would hold their nose and vote for Hillary. Even the most anti-Trump people I personally know would never vote Hillary.

By the way, it’s an asset to have a VP candidate who changed their mind on Trump, and can explain why. Not a detriment.
