China: "The World Is Tired of Democracy"

Want a good comparison of the difference between red and blue? Just think back to Covid and how psycho the blue areas were. They fricking loved the strong government shuttering businesses and jailing people for surfing.

Translation: "Western Style Democracy" = Republican Governance. We need the kinder, gentler "Democracy" which is actually Marxism.

Well, the country was never designed so that every adult who could fog a mirror got to vote.
So I agree as well.
Almost nothing else works that way. Businesses don't work that way, churches don't work that way, individual departments of the government don't work that way, the military certainly doesn't work that way.
I can't think of really anything that works that way except professional organizations, and that's a membership organization that has to accept you as a member (and not everybody gets in).
There's a reason for that. It doesn't work, and it should be obvious just on paper that it doesn't work.

I,think the old school Dems who think they are using the DSA to gain power are mistaken. These DSA folks are not your typical European Style socialist. Their platform calls for,the replacement of the Senate, nationalization of most major corporations and even getting rid of the Contitution and Presidency. These folks are like Bolsheviks.
