Sounds like just another self-righteous condescending prick who knows better than we do as to what we should choose to say or think...or in this case what labels we should assign. I'll refer to him however I please. And I'll feel free to believe I'm correct about it and he hasn't the ability to tell me I'm wrong. He can disagree if he chooses but that's all he's got.

The independent judiciary is what it should be but not what it is. It is as partisan as the other two branches of government, only with more real power over our lives because it can nullify the other two branches while being practically immune from consequences.
